Webonly counts puffs if I take a puff for 1 second or longer. That's really odd as well. I'm hoping someone that has an Aeigis X comes along and can give you some better answers. If it were mine as long as it vaped good and the important functions worked I wouldn't risk the firmware reset. My Aegis Legends only count the puffs after 1 second also.
